Ratnakar FBD is an efficient way of drying wet materials through fluidization technology.
Ratnakar FBD's core idea is the evaporation of moister or wet material into dry air via the full surface of particles, which helps to shorten drying times. The product being processed is softly dried in less time than with traditional drying technologies. The key advantage is that while in process, the basic unit and control panel board will be protected by safety measures, whereas separate areas AHU and BLOWER in the maintenance zone unit must be maintained. There is a sample port available while processing.
Our product is available in Electric as well as in Steam Heating based technology and gets operated through pneumatic technology through electronic panel board through PLC.
Operation: Pneumatic back up with Micro processor or PLC Based with fully auto mode as per client requirement.

We also offer Mini Tray Dryer for R and D Purposes and Special purpose like tetra rounded corner tray for ease in cleaning process. Inside Safety grills provided for heaters. Our inbuilt dynamically fans provided for air circulation. We provide temperature indicator/controller/timer etc. features for the tray dryer. Our constructions are providing SS 316 Contact parts, non contact parts SS 304 Q cladded or covered or SS 304 Q.
