Mixer

Ratnakar Rapid Mixer Granulator

Ratnakar RMG is also known as a high-shear granulator. It is a rapid wet granulator method that relies heavily on a dual chopper and impellor design to provide fast mixed granulation. It is especially significant in granulation technology, where homogeneous binder mixes are used. This is a highly effective strategy that is simple to use and requires little time. Its control panel board is equipped with PLC or microprocessor-based operation, advanced pneumatic support unit technology, and safety measures, all of which need conscious operation. It follows the GMP construction method.

Operation: Pneumatic back up with microprocessor or PLC-based with fully auto mode as per client requirement.

Models: NON FLP and FLP. Optionally also various features available.

Batch Size Capacity: 25, 50, 100, 250, 500, 750, 1000, 1200, 1500 Liters.

Ratnakar Mass Mixer

Ratnakar RMM is available in various capacities. Various features are available, like mechanical tilting devices. Optionally, VFD, etc. are available.

Roll Compactor

Ratnakar Roll Compactor is available in various size 200/50 ,220/75 ,200/100.

Blender

Ratnakar offers Octagonal, Double Cone, V, Cage, and Conta Blender types of diverse GMP blenders ranging from 50 to 5000 liters. Optional features include bins, trolleys, and so on. VFD/PLC is also available upon request. We also add safety railings to make cleaning easier.

Additional features: Bins of required size will be available. We offer charging through vacuum special design process system. FLP Motor can be offered. AC Drive, PLC also offered.

Batch Size Capacity: 250, 500, 660, 750, 1000, 1200, 2500 liters and above are available.

Coating

Auto Coater/Conventional Coating pan available into various sizes from 12 inches up to 72 inches pan size. We also offer solution preparation tank (FLP/Non FLP Model), Spraying System etc.

Ratnakar Coating Pan Machine

Ratnakar Auto Coater and Conventional Coating Pan machine will be offered as per client requirement.

The machine is being used for sugar and film coating into various sectors like pharmaceuticals, neutralceuticals and allied industries. It’s available with Separate Hot Air Blower with Trolley provided.

Our Coating pan sizes available from 36, 48, 60 and 72 Inches. If special purpose R and D or bigger size tailor made requirement can be available on demand.

Heating mode: Electric Heating mode will be provided.

CFM: Higher CFM up to 400 CFM Cap. Will be provided.

AC drive will be provided for getting required RPM for coating pan motion for sugar or film coating.

Additional features: Baffels, Spray Gun Stand, Solution preparation tank etc. will be provided as per buyers requirement.

Multi Mill

Ratnakar Multi Mill

RMM is used for dry and wet granulation. It works up on principles of knife and impact edges swing beaters rotating motion with selected perforated sieves to get desired granules. It provides Reverse Forward switch for both direction motion.

Models: Available in 3 HP. On special demand 5 HP OR R and D Ratnakar Mini Multi Mill Special purpose can be offered.

Ratnakar Vibro Sifter

Ratnakar Vibro Sifter available into 20/30/42 Inches. Optionally available VFD etc.
