Extruder Spheronizer

The Ratnakar Extruder and Spheronizer are two independent units integrated into a single machine, operating separately.

• The process begins in the extrusion cylinder, where the material is first processed.
• The extruded material is then transferred to the spheronizer, which shapes it into uniform spheres.
• The spheronizer is equipped with a chiller unit to ensure precise control over the process.
• It can produce spheres with diameters ranging from 0.4 mm to 8 mm.

Planetary Mixer Machine

The Ratnakar Lab Planetary Mixer Model is a homogeneous mixing equipment widely used in the pharmaceutical industry. It consists of:

• A bowl at the base, which holds all pharmaceutical mixing ingredients.
• A set of PLM mixers and scrapers positioned at the top, which rotate in a planetary motion to ensure uniform mixing.

The planetary mixer is primarily used for:

• Wet mixing, forming a homogeneous semisolid mixture of ingredients in pharma batch processes under PLM.
• Producing liquid homogeneous mixtures as well.

The planetary motion of the beaters and mixers ensures thorough mixing with minimal effort, resulting in a highly uniform blend.
